AiSignal ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by TradingGem, a Nexsko company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the AiSignal mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

By using AiSignal, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address and display name (when you register)
• Authentication tokens for session management

Usage Data

• Markets and signals you view
• AI chat messages and calendar queries
• App interactions and feature usage

Device & Technical Data

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for push notifications
• Device type, OS version, and app version
• IP address and approximate location (country level)

Payment Data

• Google Play purchase tokens (processed by Google — we never see card details)
• Subscription status and expiry dates

3. Advertising & Advertising ID

AiSignal displays rewarded ads via Google AdMob for free-tier users. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete/Reset Advertising ID

We use the Advertising ID solely for ad delivery and analytics. It is never linked to personally identifiable information without your consent.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and personalize the Service (signals, AI chat, calendar)
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send push notifications for new signals and alerts (you can disable these in device settings)
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Google (Firebase, AdMob, Play Billing) — for notifications, ads, and payment processing
• Razorpay — for payment processing (India region)
• OpenAI / AI providers — anonymized queries for AI features
• Hostinger — cloud hosting infrastructure

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us. Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and JWT-based authentication. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

8. Children's Privacy

AiSignal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

9. Your Rights

10. Changes to This Policy
